This policy, managed by Syed Saadullah Gillani, outlines our accepted payment methods, security protocols, and transaction procedures.

USA & UK Payment Information

For our international customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, we provide a secure, encrypted checkout experience using globally recognized payment standards.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major international credit and debit cards. Your payment is processed securely via our integrated payment gateway.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available at checkout).

  • Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) and local Pakistani wallets (JazzCash/Easypaisa) are not available for orders outside of Pakistan.

2. Currency & Conversion

  • Automatic Localization: While our base prices are in PKR, our store uses Dynamic Currency Conversion. US customers will be billed in USD ($) and UK customers will be billed in GBP (£).

  • Transparency: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not charge hidden "International Transaction Fees," though your specific bank may apply a small conversion fee according to their policy.

3. Transaction Security

  • PCI Compliance: Our checkout is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This is the same security standard used by major banks globally.

  • SSL Encryption: Your card details are never stored on our servers. All data is transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption directly to the payment processor.

  • 3D Secure: For UK and US customers, we support "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard SecureCode" to prevent unauthorized use of your card.

  • Refunds for US and UK orders are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

1. Payment Method: Card Payments and COD Available for Local Areas

We understand that for many of our customers in Pakistan, Cash on Delivery is the most trusted way to shop.

  • Process: When you choose COD at checkout, you do not need to pay anything online. You will pay the total order amount in cash to the courier agent (from TCS, Leopards, or M&P) at the time of delivery at your doorstep.
  • Verification: For high-value orders (such as premium mechanical keyboards or multiple laptop stands), I may personally call or WhatsApp you at +92 344 7235538 to verify the order before dispatching it.
  • Limit: COD is available for all orders across Pakistan, provided the shipping address is within the service area of our partner couriers.

2. Digital & Advance Payment Options

For customers who prefer a contactless experience or wish to send a gift to someone else, we accept secure advance payments via:

  • JazzCash & Easypaisa: You can transfer the order amount directly to our business wallet. Please contact us at saadrazomaxb@outlook.com or via WhatsApp after placing your order to receive the account details and share your payment screenshot.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: We accept transfers to our local Pakistani bank account. This is often the preferred method for bulk orders or office setups for freelancers.

3. Currency and Pricing

Location-Based Pricing & Currency

To provide a seamless international shopping experience, Saadify.shop utilizes Automatic Location-Based Pricing.

  • How it works: Our system detects your IP address and automatically converts our base PKR (Pakistani Rupee) prices into your local currency (USD for the USA and GBP for the UK).

  • Daily Exchange Rates: Please note that converted prices may fluctuate slightly day-to-day based on the prevailing global market exchange rates.

  • What you see is what you pay: The price displayed to you at checkout in your local currency is the final amount we will charge, excluding any specific international bank conversion fees your card issuer may apply.

  • Taxes: Prices are inclusive of all applicable store taxes.
  • Shipping Fees: Any shipping or handling fees will be clearly calculated and added to your total during the checkout process before you finalize the order. There are no hidden charges.

4. Payment Security & Data Privacy

Your security is my top priority.

  • Encryption: Our website is SSL-certified (Secure Sockets Layer), meaning all data entered on our site is encrypted.
  • Information Handling: Saadify.shop does not store your bank login credentials or credit card PINs. For digital transfers, we only verify the transaction ID or receipt provided by you.

5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched (usually within 12–24 hours of placing the order). Once the order is with the courier, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds for Advance Payments: If you paid via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer and your order is canceled or returned according to our Refund Policy, your money will be sent back to your original payment account within 10 business days.

6. Billing Errors

If you notice any discrepancy in your billing or have been charged incorrectly, please contact me immediately. I am committed to resolving all billing issues within 24 to 48 hours.
