This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, the process for initiating a return, and the timelines for receiving a refund. This policy applies to all computer accessories and products sold through our online store.
1. 30-Day Return Window
In compliance with global e-commerce standards and to ensure customer confidence, we provide a 30-day return window. You have exactly 30 days from the date your tracking information shows "Delivered" to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To ensure the quality of our inventory for all customers, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:
- Product Condition: The item must be in "Like New" condition—unused, unmounted, and without any signs of wear or scratches.
- Packaging: The product must be in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cable ties, plastic wraps, manuals, and protective films.
- Security Seals: Any "Warranty Void if Removed" stickers or security seals must be untampered.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number from Saadify.shop is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
For health, safety, and digital security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Digital Software: Any downloadable software, license keys, or activated digital products.
- Consumables: Thermal paste or cleaning fluids that have been opened.
- Custom Orders: Products modified or customized at the customer's request.

1. Shipping & Logistics
We partner with premium carriers to ensure your tech products arrive safely. For all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom, we utilize:

2. International Returns (USA & UK)

Return Location: All returns must be shipped back to our central hub in Multan, Pakistan.

Return Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for international postage and any local customs duties.

Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, Saadify.shop will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
3. Currency & Refunds

USA: Orders are processed in USD.

UK: Orders are processed in GBP.

Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account due to international processing times.
4. Support Hours (Local Time)
Our team operates from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PKT).

UK Customers: We are typically online from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM (GMT).

USA Customers: We are typically online from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (EST).
We offer two convenient methods for returning your products. You must first contact us at saadrazomaxb@outlook.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Option A: Return by Mail Please pack your item securely and mail it to our primary business office:

Note: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Option B: In-Store / Local Drop-off For customers located in or near Multan, you may drop off your return in person at the address listed above. Please contact us to schedule a drop-off time during our operating hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at +92 344 7235538. For electronics, we highly recommend recording a brief "unboxing video" to help us expedite your claim with the courier service. In cases of defective goods, Saadify.shop will cover all costs associated with the replacement or return.
6. Refund Processing and Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Refund Method: The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) customers, we will coordinate a refund via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully visible in your account. This window accounts for internal inspection and banking transit times.
