Welcome to Saadify.shop. My name is Syed Saadullah Gillani, and I personally oversee the fulfillment of every order from our headquarters in Multan. We understand that when you order computer accessories, you want them delivered safely and quickly. This policy outlines our commitment to a transparent and reliable shipping process.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Pakistan National Holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Karachi Time)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days
  • Operating Days: Monday to Friday

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your computer accessories, I will personally reach out to you via email or phone to keep you updated.

Shipping Policy (USA & UK)

We provide fast, tracked shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom using premium carriers including DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST — Eastern Standard Time)

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Total Delivery Time: 3 – 5 Business Days

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Carrier Partners: DHL Express, UPS, and Royal Mail.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a door-to-door tracking number sent via email immediately upon dispatch.

  • Shipping Cost:  Free Shipping for all US and UK orders.

Important Notes for International Customers

  • Global Dispatch: All orders are dispatched from our central hub in Pakistan.

  • Taxes & Duties: For UK and USA customers, please note that any local import duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to provide the fastest domestic shipping possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days (Handling + Transit).
  • Service Area: We currently deliver to all major cities and rural areas across Pakistan.

3. Authorized Courier Partners

To ensure your delicate electronics reach you in perfect condition, we only use Pakistan’s most trusted courier services:

  • Leopards Courier
  • TCS (Tranzum Courier Service)
  • M&P (Muller & Phipps)

By using these premium carriers, we provide you with reliable tracking and professional handling for every package.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages and Missing Packages

Saadify.shop is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Action Required: Please take photos or a video of the damaged parcel and contact me at saadrazomaxb@outlook.com or via WhatsApp at +92 344 7235538 within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

If your package has not arrived within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately.
